We would like to invite you to share in the experiences at the Center.

Horticulture assistants:

Volunteers assist staff in maintaining the gardens.  Some duties include watering, weeding, planting,  pruning, mulching and record keeping.

Special activities assistants:

Volunteers assist staff by performing various duties that may include such things as helping with newsletters and making plant tags or signs. 

Special events assistants:

Volunteers assist staff with special events that may occur throughout the year.  Volunteers are needed to prepare for the events as well as during and after these events.         

Education assistants:

Volunteers may aid in the creation and collection of educational materials for the Center.  Volunteers may give tours to faculty, students, and community members.  Interaction with  the public would involve a positive and friendly manner with knowledge of the Center’s current and future plans.
